Appointment setting role – Outbound & Inbound

TASKS AND OUTCOMES EXPECTED

  • Generate 60 meetings per month by:
    • You’ll be performing these tasks on my behalf
    • Find and source leads
    • Leverage my social profiles to do outbound. 
    • Message 100 new profiles per day minimum
    • Follow my conversational framework to convert people to book sales calls.
    • How to do it? You’ll be trained for everything.

MISSION – Consistently Generate Client Opportunities for Optsocial from social channels (FB + LinkedIn + Instagram)

COMPETENCIES

  • High level of commitment and consistency
  • In-depth understanding of outbound prospecting and appointment setting. 
  • In-depth understanding of our service

REQUIREMENTS

  • Need a good computer
  • Need to be very fluent in English
  • Tracking the numbers and the performance of the appointment setting and sharing reports daily
  • Be available to manage/answer the convos – 6 days a week – 6-8 hours+ availability per day.
  • Be active around 4 PM to 10 PM IST
  • Thinking like a business owner. 

Compensation

  • Rs. 20,000 (fixed salary) +  10% of client closed. (Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 35,000)
  • Potential to make Rs. 10,000+ in bonus every month based on performance. 
  • If you prove that you can convert quality meetings and get sales from your effort, your base salary will be increased moving forward.
  • Soon we’ll be hiring more appointment setters. Opportunity to lead the team if you’re good at your craft.
